I've created Kinetic Ventures as a vehicle to share my learnings, expertise and experience with technology businesses that are striving for global growth. I want to help capital partners, boards, CEOs, founders and executive teams that have ambition, conviction and belief in what they're doing. The name 'Kinetic Ventures' isn't just a title; it's a promise of transformation, of momentum, of progress. Yes, there is a recipe for success. A recipe for converting the potential (energy) that exists into real and lasting momentum - 'kinetic energy'.

As former CEO and board member at Cin7, I led this incredible business through explosive 500% growth to become a truly global business and category leader. During my time as CEO, Cin7 was recognised around the world for its success and world-class culture:

Prior to Cin7, I've held executive leadership roles in global companies such as Orion Health and ezyVet and gained wide experience, living in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and the United States.
